Booking Requirements and Rental Fees
Rental of the entire Salmon River Lodge resort and cabins for a maximum of twenty-five overnight guests is required for weddings and parties. The rental fee is $1,200 per day plus 8% tax, with a two night minimum and includes complete and private use of the five bedroom lodge, four cabins, open riverside fire-pit, and spacious grounds. Also included are linens, towels, and use of the lodge’s country kitchen which is outfitted to serve up to twenty-five guests, which is the maximum allowable number of guests for overnight accommodations. Nearby accommodations for remaining guests are listed on the Stanley Chamber of Commerce website.
A separate event fee for use of grounds on day or days of wedding, reception, or subsequent gatherings is $1,500 plus 8% tax.
A refundable, “Consideration of Property” deposit of $1,000 is required upon booking and returned upon checkout when the premises is found to be in original condition.
Fees must be paid in full sixty days prior to event to insure reservations.
